The Office of Driver Services of the Department of Finance and Administration shall provide notice of the obligation to register pursuant to this subchapter in connection with each driver's license issued pursuant to § 27-16-801 and each identification card issued pursuant to § 27-16-805.Acts 1997, No. 989, § 16.
