If a court has entered an order requiring a person to register as a sex offender or if the person is listed in the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National Sex Offender Registry, the United States Department of Justice Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website, or both, the person shall not provide goods or services under the Arkansas Medicaid Program.Added by Act 2013, No. 1504,§ 2, eff. 8/16/2013.
