The Arkansas Fire Training Academy shall be under the control of SAU-Tech of Southern Arkansas University, and the university shall maintain and operate a fire service training program at the academy.Acts 1973, No. 482, § 4; 1993, No. 447, § 6; 2001, No. 178, § 1.
