Section 12-13-304 - Confidentiality

Any information furnished to any authorized agency pursuant to this subchapter shall be held in confidence by the authorized agency and shall be released only for use in a civil or criminal proceeding as authorized by a court of competent jurisdiction.Acts 1981, No. 123, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-5604.
