(a) No person shall knowingly refuse to provide authorized agencies with relevant information pursuant to this subchapter.(b) No person shall fail to hold in confidence information required to be held in confidence by this subchapter.(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1981, No. 123, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-5605.
