Section 12-18-1007 - Services to families generally

(a) The Department of Human Services shall have the authority to make referrals or provide services during the course of a child maltreatment investigation.(b) Any family may request supportive services from the department.(c) Supportive services shall be offered for the purpose of preventing child maltreatment.Acts 2009, No. 749, § 1.
