(a) A person conducting an investigation under this chapter shall be allowed access to the child's public and private school records during the course of the child maltreatment investigation.(b) Upon request, a public or private school shall provide the child's records free of charge to the person conducting the investigation.Acts 2009, No. 749, § 1; 2011, No. 1143, § 12.
