Section 12-6-401 - Smoking in patrol vehicles prohibited

Each county sheriff's office and police department of a municipality may designate a proportionate number of its patrol vehicles as 'nonsmoking' vehicles and shall not allow smoking of tobacco products in those vehicles.Acts 2001, No. 1392, § 1.
