Section 12-6-402 - Civilian passengers

Each law enforcement agency of the state shall establish a policy prohibiting civilian passengers in patrol vehicles unless specific written approval is given for each civilian passenger by the chief law enforcement officer or his or her designee.Added by Act 2013, No. 1183,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.
