Section 12-8-117 - Purchasing evidence

Upon approval by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, a warrant may be drawn against the State Treasury for the amount up to but not to exceed the appropriated amount and deposited into a bank account for the purpose of purchasing evidence.Acts 1981, No. 540, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 42-420.1.
