(a) The Division of Arkansas State Police shall provide a quarterly report detailing expenditures from the Court Awards Fund of the confiscated funds transfer appropriation of the operative appropriation act of the Division of Arkansas State Police.(b) The quarterly report under subsection (a) of this section shall be provided: (1) To the Legislative Council or, if the General Assembly is in session, the Joint Budget Committee; and(2) No later than the fifteenth day of the month immediately following the end of each quarter of the fiscal year.(c) The quarterly report under subsection (a) of this section shall include the purpose and amount of the expenditures, as well as the specific sections of the division making the expenditures.Added by Act 2023, No. 803,§ 49, eff. 7/1/2023.
