The Attorney General shall serve as legal counsel to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training, but he or she may designate one (1) or more members of his or her staff to provide legal service to the commission.Acts 1975, No. 452, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 42-1002.
