(a) For authentication of the records, process, and proceedings of the Division of Correction, the Director of the Division of Correction may adopt and keep an official seal for the use of his or her office, and the seal shall receive judicial notice in all of the courts of the state.(b) All acts, orders, reports, and other records of the division or copies thereof which are entitled to judicial notice shall be certified to by the director with the seal affixed thereto.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 884, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 740, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1968 (1st Ex.
