Section 12-27-117 - Employees' uniforms

As deemed appropriate by the Secretary of the Department of Corrections and approved by the Board of Corrections, the Department of Corrections may purchase identifying occupational uniforms for correctional personnel and community supervision personnel.Amended by Act 2023, No. 659,§ 82, eff. 1/1/2024.Amended by Act 2021, No. 152,§ 4, eff. 7/28/2021.Acts 1987, No. 953, § 21.
