Appropriate inmates shall be chosen for the boot camp program established by this subchapter in accordance with guidelines to be adopted by the Board of Corrections. These guidelines must include a risk profile system to be used in selecting inmates eligible for assignment to the program.Acts 1989, No. 492, § 4.
