Section 12-29-303 - Privileges of students - Limitations

A school established under this subchapter and a person incarcerated who attends the school shall be entitled to certain educational privileges provided generally to common public schools and adult education programs administered by the State Board of Education to students who attend the common public schools and adult education programs under the laws of the State of Arkansas, provided the privileges do not conflict with the rules and policies of the State Board of Education, the Division of Correction, and the Division of Community Correction or the laws of the state respecting the establishment and operation of the Division of Correction and the Division of Community Correction.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 798, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1973, No. 279, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 46-1305; Acts 2005, No. 496, § 2.
