An inmate sentenced to the Division of Correction shall not receive a reduction in his or her required service time under this subchapter, or this subchapter and another law jointly, if the reduction in his or her required service time exceeds the amount authorized for the offense in § 16-93-1801 et seq.Added by Act 2023, No. 659,§ 112, eff. 1/1/2024.
