(a) The Board of Corrections shall fix and determine the prices at which all articles or products manufactured or produced shall be furnished.(b) The prices shall be uniform and nondiscriminating to all and shall not exceed the wholesale market prices with the exception of goods or items produced, assembled, or packaged in whole or in part specifically for sale or resale to inmates of the Division of Correction, Division of Community Correction, or a local correctional facility.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 820, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1061,§ 2, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1967, No. 473, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 46-242.
