If an intentional violation of this subchapter by any office, department, institution, or agency continues, after notice from the Governor to desist, then the intentional violation shall constitute a malfeasance in office and shall subject the person or persons responsible for this violation to suspension or removal from office.Acts 1967, No. 473, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 46-239.
