The Board of Corrections and the Director of the Division of Correction will govern the administration of work-release programs with the promulgation of rules and procedures subject to the continuing review by the Governor, who shall have the right to revise and rescind any such rules and procedures.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 912, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1968 (1st Ex.
