Section 12-41-201 - Definitions

As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Law' means a statute of a state, a written opinion of a court of record, a municipal ordinance, a county quorum court ordinance, or a rule authorized by and lawfully adopted pursuant to a statute; and(2) 'Municipality' means an incorporated city or town.Acts 1981, No. 696, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 46-1601.
