In addition to any other purposes for which funds in a county jail board jail fund, municipal jail board jail fund, or public instrumentality jail board jail fund may be used, the funds may be used for the transportation and supervision of inmates assigned to outside work projects or for transporting inmates to a Division of Correction facility, as determined by the board.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 839, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1997, No. 643, § 1; 2003, No. 1772, § 1.
