Section 12-49-103 - Director's powers

The Director of the Department of Correction is authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the compact in every particular, and he or she may in his or her discretion delegate this authority to other appropriate officials under his or her employ.Acts 1973, No. 315, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 46-1403.
