A fine, fee, or cost that may be levied against the state under the interstate compact under this chapter shall be paid by the entity that either failed to meet the obligation or responsibility of the interstate compact or failed to comply with a bylaw or rule of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision, to the extent permitted by the interstate compact.Added by Act 2019, No. 134,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
