The qualifications for enlistment and reenlistment, the periods of enlistment, reenlistment, and voluntary extension of enlistment, the period of service, the form of oath to be taken, and the manner and form of transfer and discharge of enlisted personnel of the National Guard shall be those prescribed by the laws and regulations of the United States relating to the National Guard now or hereafter enacted.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 33; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-401.
