Section 12-62-202 - Extension of enlistments

The Governor is authorized to extend the period of any enlistment, reenlistment, voluntary extension of enlistment and the period of service of enlisted personnel of the National Guard for a period not to exceed six (6) months after the termination of an emergency declared by him or her, the General Assembly, or Congress.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 34; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-402.
