An enlisted person dropped as a deserter may be restored to duty by the Governor and will thereafter serve for such period added to the time served prior to desertion as will amount to the full term for which that person enlisted.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 36; 1985, No. 670, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-404.
