Section 12-62-401 - Privilege from arrest

The organized militia shall be privileged from arrest during their attendance at muster and attendance at drills and in going to and returning from attendance at muster and drills in all cases except treason, felony, and breach of the peace.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 190; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-1001.
