Section 12-62-408 - Penalty for interference

All others who shall hinder, delay, or obstruct any unit or portion of the organized militia wherever parading or performing any military duty, or who shall attempt to do so, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than fifty dollars ($50.00).Acts 1969, No. 50, § 193; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-1004.
