Section 12-63-211 - Prohibition of sales, auctions, and gambling

The commanding officer may prohibit and prevent the holding of auction or huckster sales, and all gambling within the limits of the post, camp grounds, place of encampment, parade, or drill under his or her command or within limits not exceeding one (1) mile therefrom as he or she may prescribe.
