In addition to the foregoing, the Adjutant General, by and with the approval of the Governor, may, when he or she deems it necessary, grant utilities easements across any and all military reservations under his or her jurisdiction in such manner and under such conditions as he or she may impose, provided that the granting of such easements does not impair the use of the military reservation for military purposes.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 183; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-807.
