(a) Under such rules as the Governor may prescribe, the convening authority of a general or special court-martial shall detail or employ qualified court reporters who shall record the proceedings of and testimony taken before that court.(b) Under like rules or regulations, the convening authority of a military court may detail or employ interpreters or other professional experts who shall interpret for and assist the court.(c) Under like rules or regulations, the convening authority of a general or special court-martial shall detail a military court clerk who shall serve in that role in any appeal prescribed by § 12-64-714.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 954, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2019, No. 211,§ 12, eff. 2/26/2019.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1003,§ 17, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 74; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-629.
