Section 12-64-812 - Contempt towards officials

Any person subject to this code who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Governor, the General Assembly, or the governor or legislature of any state, territory, commonwealth, or possession wherein that person may be serving shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 131; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-713.
