Section 12-64-814 - Assault generally

A person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial may direct if he or she unlawfully and with force or violence:(1) Attempts to do bodily harm to another person;(2) Offers to do bodily harm to another person; or(3) Does bodily harm to another person.Amended by Act 2019, No. 211,§ 20, eff. 2/26/2019.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 133; 1983, No. 412, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-715.
