Section 12-64-820 - Resistance, break of arrest, and escape

A person subject to this code who resists apprehension or breaks arrest or who escapes from physical restraint, custody, or confinement lawfully imposed shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1003,§ 35, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 138; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-720.
