Section 12-64-832 - Misuse of nonmilitary property

Any person subject to this code who, while in a duty status, willfully or recklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully destroys or damages any property other than military property of the United States or of the state shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 150; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-732.
