Section 12-64-834 - Drunken or reckless driving

Any person subject to this code who operates any vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants or drugs, or in a reckless or wanton manner, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 152; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-734.
