A person subject to this code who fights, without authority, or promotes, or is concerned in or connives at fighting or dueling, or who, having knowledge of a challenge sent or about to be sent, fails to report the fact promptly to the proper authority shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1003,§ 37, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 154; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-736.
