Section 12-64-837 - Malingering

Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial may direct if he or she, for the purpose of avoiding work, duty, or service in the organized militia:(1) Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or derangement; or(2) Intentionally inflicts self-injury.Acts 1969, No. 50, § 155; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-737.
