Section 12-75-106 - Enforcement

(a) Each state office of emergency management and local office of emergency management and the officers of each state office of emergency management and local office of emergency management shall execute and enforce such orders and rules as may be made by the Governor under authority of this chapter.(b) Each state office of emergency management and local office of emergency management shall make available for inspection at its office all orders and rules made by the Governor or made under his or her authority.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 965, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1973, No. 511, § 27; A.S.A. 1947, § 11-1957; Acts 2009, No. 165, § 28.
