Section 12-75-133 - Position transfer

Upon approval of the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management may transfer positions between appropriations as may be required:(1) If a disaster occurs that results in a presidential disaster proclamation; or(2) When an employee occupies one (1) position that is to be paid from two (2) or more appropriations during a single fiscal year.Acts 2009, No. 165, § 57.
