Section 12-79-106 - Penalties

Any person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to or is found guilty of violating any provisions of this chapter or any rule promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) per day of violation or imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 974, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1991, No. 917, § 6.
