Section 13-2-304 - Procuring copies of missing books

Where there shall be a deficiency in any of the acts, journals, or other works, it shall be the duty of the Secretary of State to correspond with the proper officer for the purpose of procuring copies of the different works, and, if not otherwise procured, he or she shall purchase them and place them in the Library of the Secretary of State.Rev.
