Section 13-2-310 - Injury to or failure to return books or charts - Penalty

If any person shall injure or fail to return any book, map, or chart taken from the Library of the Secretary of State for more than three (3) months, he or she shall forfeit and pay to the Secretary of State, for the use and benefit of the library, three (3) times the value thereof, or of the set to which it belongs, to be recovered in the name of the state for the use of the library.Rev.
