The Governor shall appoint an officer of this state who shall be the compact administrator pursuant to Article X of the compact. The Governor shall also appoint one (1) or more deputy compact administrators pursuant to that article.Acts 1967, No. 419, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 6-314.
