Section 13-2-906 - Annual reports

At the end of each calendar year, the board of trustees of every regional library system shall make a report to the governing body in the county or counties or municipality or municipalities wherein the board serves, showing the condition of the system during the year and other statistics and information as the board deems of public interest.Acts 1997, No. 402, § 13.
