Section 13-4-308 - Corporation records

All counties of the State of Arkansas shall maintain corporation records for the county, if they are currently being maintained, permanently as follows:(1) Articles of incorporation;(2) Certificate of business under assumed name;(3) Articles of amendment;(4) Registration of fictitious names of corporation;(5) Articles of merger or consolidation;(6) Change of registered office or agent;(7) Authorized share of stock;(8) Cancellation of shares; and(9) Certificate of dissolution of corporation.Acts 1991, No. 800, § 7.
