Section 13-5-101 - Loan of museum objects

All state agencies and institutions possessing museum objects in excess of their own needs for display, education, or research are authorized and urged to make those objects available on a loan basis to state-financed museums in this state in order that the residents of this state may receive maximum enjoyment and education from the objects.Acts 1969, No. 561, § 9.
