Section 13-5-320 - Audit of records and accounts

Arkansas Legislative Audit is authorized and directed to audit the records and accounts of the Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism and to furnish a copy of the report of that audit to the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5578, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1971, No. 515, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 6-1210.
