Section 13-6-211 - Grants, donations, etc

(a) The President of the University of Arkansas System is authorized to accept grants, bequests, devises, gifts, and donations for purposes of a state program in archeological research and to expend them to that end.(b) The president's full power to accept and hold title to interests in land for those purposes is recognized.(c) The president is empowered to make a reasonable charge for publications and expend the proceeds for the program.Acts 1959, No. 82, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-1008.
